EFI Diagnosing

• Perform a complete test of the vehicle's engine systems to spot functions and components that are 'out-of-spec' and therefore the sources of present or future problems;
• Perform on-board computer tests specific to that make and model of car to ensure the vehicle's engine management system is functioning properly;
• Check fuel pressure and flow rates;
• Pin-point problem areas using the oscilloscope and various other diagnostic equipment;
• Print out test results for customer review, showing where repair is needed, prior to commencing repairs;
• Re-test the vehicle after repairs are complete to confirrm that the vehicle's engine is operating to the manufacturers specifications;
• Print out test results for customer review after service to show that any repairs have been performed successfully.
